I analysed the film opening to Captain America.
The opening had a discrete title sequence as it had images of old America in the 1950's with titles next to them. The images had aspects of a wartime propaganda, feminism and women being home makers. This links to the film as it could be set in the 50's and the main protagonist is called Captain America.

The music in this opening is a heavy upbeat orchestra much like the star wars theme tune. It blends well with the images as it has a superhero sound to it, so it could show that the images of people are portrayed as superheros. The images changing is quite stylized as it moves from one to another as if it is a slideshow of each title and image.
The end image is of the title film.
