I've chosen to analyse the film Coraline. I think this movie opening is quite confusing because there's more than one structure of opening. In this opening there are examples of a discrete title sequence, stand alone title and a narrative opening.
These two screen shots show a stand alone title sequence but there is a difference as the background isn't over a plain black/white background
